Got a silky smooth update for you today. TITI-Freak and Rodrigo – those hip-hop players down in Brazil sent me a CD full of videos and photos for me to share with you. I posted the first video for all you clip fiends in the Large Videos section. Just scroll down until you see the section titled “The Brazilian Archives.” This first video is of the DXL Crew member Titi-Freak. Next week I’ll post Rodrigo’s (also a DXL Crew member) video which deserves just as much play as this one.

There has been a section added to theglasslab which covers all the current information on the Triple D contest which will be going down on March 9 at The Echo in Los Angeles. Before I post the link, just wanted to give an invite to all the players all over the world to come to this contest. We’re working hard to make this contest worth the trip. We’re expecting many of the players from around the Nation to be there: Jason Lee, Steve Brown, Mark Montgomery, James Lac, Felix Avellana, Patrick Mitchell, Mark McBride, Sam Genchi, Adam Dennehy, Jen Niles, Dr. Mo, even Chasm. And if Chasm is planning on coming, then I’m sure Citadel, Paul Escolar, Jeff & Gary Longoria, Joe Derr, Scott Coyle, Nathan Crissey, Cappy, and the rest of them freaks are going to find their way down here. How’s your bum for warts? Yup, been watching a little too much Crocodile Hunter. Ain’t no shame in my game, Steve Irwin is a badass. Who else has the balls to name his first daughter after a dog and a crocodile? If any of you Australian blokes or sheilas can tell me what the heck “How’s your bum for warts” means, I’d be in great debt. On to the update. If you haven’t been checking the Infinite Illusions webboard then you probably haven’t heard of the Triple D Classic yet! Here’s a run down… Duncan, Destroy All monthly, and the DXL Crew are coming together to put on a contest on Saturday, March 9. Me, Bride, Jen, and Steve are still working out the details, but you can be sure this is going to be one kick ass contest. On top of the regular contest, we’ll be having a couple of bands, skate demonstrations, freak shows, and more. Plan on making it to this contest, you won’t want to miss out on this.
