McBride on Buckets o'Kink: "At some point the whole Single A bucket thing got out of control and had become just silly to me and on top of it that was what everyone would throw in my face abouthte Yonomicon. 'Can it explain this trick? Huh?' It's not written for that crap so... Anyway. Then once I got the Kink mount down which was string to string Triple A I thought, 'You know wha the obscenist trick would be... a bucket to bucket. At first it seemed insane, but after you do it a fewe times it's actually a pretty mellow trick. I was almost alittle disappointed."

Below is a copy of the m@il that McBride sent out to Steve Brown and Doc Pop with a video of the trick the night he figured it out:

So a Drop in the bucket has a string to string hit. And the Kinky mount has
a string to string hit. And another bucket would have another string to
string hit. So a kinky mount double drop in the bucket would be a
string-to-string-to-string-to-string-to-string-to-string trick?
Hope you have Quicktime, mother scratcher.

Second, interesting little bit... haha... I think the explanation of the Kink mount is more comprehensive here than on the Kinky Trapeze write up. So if you're having trouble...Enjoy.

1) Throw a side sleeper with your Blue hand.
2) Then a parrallel Break Away with your red hand. This Break Away will go up in front of your blue yo but come down behind it.
3)When the red yo reaches the top of its swing, catch it with your blue hand.
4)... ANd let it swing back around behind the blue yo.
5) When the red yo swings back catch it with your red hand palm up, across your hand. Then pinch/ hold the string.
6) Pull the blue string out (the red string will already be wrapped around it). You want to pull it out 4 inches short of the half-way mark (see next step if that sounds odd).

7)Pick up the blue string with your blue hand, palm up.

At this point the strings should be starting at your throw hands, going to the center string cross, then back, across your palms, and off your hands bewteen your thumb and index finger with about 4 inches of string between the yo and your hand.

8) On each hand, reach your thumb over the string that is right by your thumb and pick up the string that is tied to your finger
9) Pull back and open up.

10) Flip the yos over and onto lined up strings.

This trick is surprisingly forgiving. If you miss to the front (outside) and don't drop the string off your thumb, you can pick the yo back up and flip the thing right back on with out any knots.

11) There's your buckets...

12) To get out, flip the yos out.
13) Remove thumbs...
14) Drop strings forward. As always, lead one forward (blue usually) and with a little finesse they'll unroll nicely.

Haven't seen much off of these yet. There's the perinial Eli Hop, but that's all I've seen so far.
