Double Baby

Double Baby is actually the earliest well documented Triple A trick (history). Much like the Assisted tricks, this trick uses two different length strings. But unlike Assisted tricks, this shortening isn't because your arms aren't long enough but be because the strings have to line up and start at two different relative points. Don't think too much about this...

Start by wrapping your blue string around your hand about two or three times to shorten it about 8" (the length of one side of a cradle). Then grab, full fist, your red string at the point where your yos will be hanging side by side. Bring your red hand down, pinch a few inches above the yos, then bring your blue hand down behind and rock the yos through.

To get out just do the trick in reverse.
